How long until I can see a counselor?
Most educators are matched within 3-5 business days and have their first session within 1-2 weeks of completing intake.
Is it really free?
Yes. Balanced Educators is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our services are funded by donations and grants. There are no hidden costs.
Will my employer know?
No. Your participation is completely confidential. We do not share any information with your school or district.
Can I switch counselors?
Absolutely. If you feel your counselor is not the right fit, contact us and we will match you with someone else.
